These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of White Banger Tech Pvt Ltd's ("White Banger", "we", "us") admissions website, ERP/student portal, and related communications, including via WhatsApp. By submitting an application, enrolling in a course, or using our portal, you agree to these Terms.

www.whitebanger.org is our main website — course information, admissions enquiries, and general content. Student registration, login, fees, attendance, and all other academic/administrative functions are handled on our ERP subdomain, erp.whitebanger.org. Both are operated by White Banger Tech Pvt Ltd and are covered by these Terms.

Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to prospective students and applicants, enrolled students, parents/guardians acting on a student's behalf, teachers, staff, and franchise partners who interact with our systems.

Admissions & Enrollment

Submitting an admission application does not guarantee enrollment. Applications are reviewed by our team, and enrollment is confirmed only once an application is approved and a unique student ID is issued. We may request additional documents (such as Aadhaar, 10th/12th certificates) to complete your admission.

White Banger is a NASSCOM/NIELIT-certified skill development institute; it is not itself a UGC/AICTE-recognised degree-granting university. Where a graduation-track programme (e.g. BCA, MCA, PGDCA) is offered, it is delivered through and conferred by the affiliated university or board under that programme, and admission, curriculum, and degree conferral for that programme are additionally subject to that institution's own rules.

Photo & Media Consent

As part of your application and enrollment, White Banger may photograph or record you (for example, ID photos, event or classroom photos) and use these images in institute marketing materials, including our website, social media, brochures, and promotional content. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to this use. If you would prefer your photo not be used for marketing, contact us at team@whitebanger.org and we will exclude you from future materials.

Account & Communications

Access to our student/staff portal is provided via WhatsApp OTP verification tied to the phone number on your record. You are responsible for keeping that phone number, and any device it is registered on, secure. We communicate important updates (fee reminders, results, admission status) via WhatsApp and expect these to be genuine, service-related messages — never a request for payment to a personal account or an unofficial channel.

Fees & Payments

Course fees, due dates, and payment status are made available through your student portal. Payments should only be made through the official channels we provide. We are not responsible for payments made to unofficial or unverified sources.

Refunds & Cancellations

Course fees are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: fees are non-refundable once admission is confirmed and payment is made, except for the single, discretionary exception described in that policy. Please read it before enrolling.

Certification & Course Completion

A course-completion certificate is issued only to students who meet the attendance and evaluation criteria communicated for that course. Falling short of those criteria, or leaving a course before completion, may result in no certificate being issued for that enrollment.

Placement Assistance — Not a Guarantee

Where a course includes placement support, this means active assistance — resume preparation, mock interviews, and introductions to our hiring partners — not a guaranteed job offer. Placement statistics, average starting salaries, and similar figures published by us reflect historical outcomes for past students and are not a promise of similar results for any individual student, whose outcome depends on factors such as skill, effort, attendance, and market conditions at the time.

Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Action

Students, applicants, and staff are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students, and to follow the institute's classroom and campus rules. We do not tolerate ragging, harassment, or any form of misconduct, and will act on any report of such behaviour in accordance with applicable law. White Banger may suspend or terminate a student's enrollment for serious or repeated misconduct, non-payment of fees, or violation of these Terms; a termination on these grounds does not entitle the student to a refund beyond what our Refund & Cancellation Policy separately allows.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our portal or communications channels, including attempting to access another user's account or data, submitting false information, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Staff & Teacher Applications

Submitting a staff or teacher onboarding application does not create an employment relationship or grant system access. Access is only granted once your application has been formally reviewed and approved by an authorized administrator.

Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint about fees, faculty, facilities, or any aspect of your experience with us that isn't a data-privacy concern (see our Privacy Policy for those), write to us at team@whitebanger.org or +91 97283 20132 with your name, student/admission ID, and the nature of the complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care to keep our systems accurate and secure, White Banger is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of our portal or communications, except as required by applicable law.

Force Majeure

White Banger is not liable for any delay or failure to perform an obligation under these Terms where that delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, strikes, internet or utility outages, or public health emergencies. Affected timelines (such as batch schedules) will be extended by a reasonable period once the cause is resolved.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our portal are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kaithal, Haryana, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our portal or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
